USGI Ear Plus Case. These are the correct round, plastic containers for earplugs issued during the 60's. Screw top cap with attachment chain, these are often seen worn through button holes on fatigue blouses. This style of container was replaced post war by the rectangular containers. Can be used to hold various other things as well. They are about the size of an old film container.
