Poncho, Heavy Rubberized. These are the standard heavy rubber hooded ponchos as used in the late 50's and through the 1960's before the rip stop ponchos were common place. USGI. EXC+ condition are free from any damage, but most have some packing talc on them, so they need to be washed off. About as close to new as you can find.
